Financial Career Hub was built from the ground up with industry employers in mind. We charge a daily rate for job postings as companies rarely need exactly 30 days or any other arbitrary fixed time period to fill their vacancies. This allows employers to post jobs only until they are filled, without paying for time they do not need.

In addition to financialcareerhub.com, all jobs are crossposted through our network of 272 sub-niche sites. These sites are search engine optimized for each sub-niche to provide additional targeted exposure.

Featured Jobs

At Financial Career Hub, we limit featured jobs to five, and they are displayed prominently at the top of every job listing page with a colored font and border.

In order to guarantee featured jobs will truly be “featured”, our featured jobs are determined on a daily basis using an auction-based system. Employers are given the opportunity to place bids for job postings to be featured and the top 5 bids are listed in descending order in the featured jobs section of the website. If an employer wants to be prominently featured and have their job listed top of page they have the opportunity to do so each and every day by being the highest bidder.

Billing & Payment Process

All charges are accrued during the month and your credit card will be charged in US dollars to settle your balance on the last day of each month. Conventional job boards require payment up front, require a large prepayment to get a discounted rate, and force you into a 30- or 60-day job posting cycle whether you need it or not. We bill in arrears, offer the discounted rate to everyone, and you'll only be charged for what you use.

We'd like to think our pricing model is innovative, but not requiring employers to pay for a product they don't need isn't very innovative—it's just common sense.
